Women's Activity Promotion Activities

Career & Diversity Committee

Since 2018, we have actively promoted women’s advancement through our Women’s Empowerment Committee, operating directly under the President.

To further support individual career development and foster a more inclusive workplace, we have updated our mission and renamed the group the Career & Diversity Committee (formerly the Women's Empowerment Committee).

As part of our ongoing initiatives, we hosted our annual General Meeting for Female Employees on October 17, 2025, at the Imperial Hotel.

The event brought together many female employees from our overseas offices (Thailand) and various locations across Japan.

• Part 1: Special Guest Lecture We were honored to welcome renowned culinary expert Chinami Hamauchi, who delivered an inspiring lecture titled "Nourishing the Body and Mind: Eating for Wellness." Participants were deeply moved by her extensive knowledge and practical advice.
• Part 2: Networking Reception Following the lecture, a reception was held to strengthen connections among female employees and executive management. The atmosphere was warm and lively, providing a wonderful opportunity for participants to network across different branches and departments.

The Career & Diversity Committee remains dedicated to building an environment where every employee can thrive and successfully shape their career.

Eruboshi Certification

Based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare certifies "Eruboshi" as an employer who has registered and meets certain requirements, such as having an excellent status related to the promotion of women's participation and advancement in the workplace.

We are proud to announce that we have earned the "Eruboshi 2 stars" certification for the third consecutive year.

We attribute this continuous recognition to our "Career Diversity Committee."

Our efforts to embrace diversity have been highly recognized as a key factor in boosting our overall corporate strength.

We especially focus on empowering female employees to take on core responsibilities and work with vitality.

In the future, we will aim to go beyond the Eruboshi 2-star rating and improve the work environment so that female employees can play an even more active role.
